Ornamental Fence Products Exchange Policy
Eligible Products for Exchange
- Only ornamental fence panels and posts are eligible for exchange.
- Electronics (including gate operators and accessories) can be exchanged only if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and excellent condition.
- Custom products (including all custom gates—single swing, dual swing, slide gates, pedestrian gates—and trash enclosures) are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Exchange Timeframe
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- After 7 days, all sales are final.
Condition Requirements
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.
- No exchanges will be accepted for packages that have been opened.
Proof of Purchase
- An order number or order confirmation number is required to process any exchange.
Exchange Process
- Customers must contact Ornamental Fence Products by email or phone if they notice an incorrect part or incorrect quantities were ordered.
- Purchasers are responsible for all shipping and freight costs associated with exchanges.
- No prepaid shipping labels will be provided for exchanges.
Out-of-Stock Items
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit may be applied.
- In some cases, approved refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion.
Incorrect Shipments
- If the wrong part is shipped or the order is processed incorrectly, all shipping costs will be covered by Ornamental Fence Products.
Shipping Damages
- Ornamental Fence Products is not liable for shipping damages or defects caused by the shipping or freight company.
- Claims for such damages must be filed with the shipping or freight company directly.
International Orders
- No international orders are accepted. Shipping and sales are limited to domestic customers only.
